Are you having a problem? If so what is it?
First thing is to ensure that you have a viable physical connection, and you can establish that by using Hyperterminal and a null modem cable.

I am a newbie in the driver world. Can any one give me a briefing on how to use windbg between two machines usinga NULL modem. Also how to load kernel symbols, which machine should the symbols be loaded etc etc.
