Win2k's network redirector (or network file system)

Hi friends,

We are using the Win2K IFS Kit purchased on August 2001.

I am looking for documents about win2k’s network redirector
(or network file system)interface. Microsoft’s IFS Kit for W2K
says that they will provide it in the next version of IFS. I wonder
if the next version means IFS for XP version(it has already been
released) or next version of IFS for W2K.

Could some of the friends out here help me to find it if it is
available?

Thanks.

Leon,

While the documentation in the XP IFS Kit is vastly improved over the
earlier versions, I believe that the mini-redirector model area is still in
need of more work and improvement.

Despite that, I strongly urge ANYONE who has the IFS kit to get the current
version. For those who licensed a previous version the upgrade cost is very
reasonable (US$109) and contains invaluable documentation, fixed examples,
etc.

Regards,

Tony

Hi Tony,

Per our e-mail yesterday, I found the CD SET of our IFS Kit is: X06-05619-M,
it was built on Thursday, August 17, 2000. Please let me know if there is
update for it. If so, what should do next?

Thanks a lot!
