Win2k3server IFSkit question

Hi all,
This maybe a terribly stupid question, but can’t I use the
winserver2k3 IFSkit on an XPSP1 development machine? This is in the install
notes for the kit:

Prerequisites
The system requirements for using the IFS Kit are:

A machine running Windows Server 2003
128MB RAM
800MB free disk space
A CD-ROM drive
Before installing the IFS Kit, this system should have the following
software installed:

Windows Server 2003

It installs fine, but can I build for 2k,XP, and 2k3server using this
scenario without problems?
