Win2k/WinXP checked build

Where can I take a Win2k or WinXP checked build. I downloaded a checked
build service pack for Win2k but it doesn’t want to install saying that I
have a wrong version of Windows.

You need to have a MSDN license to have the check builds.

What kind of license? I am an MSDN subscriber and have access to MSDN
subscriber downloads but I do not see it there. How it is called and where
shoul I look for it?
