Windows XP (also W2K) adds a “summary” tab on the Properties dialog for all
*.txt files on my file system. This is also seen on NTFS volumes as well.
I assume it has to do with extended attributes, but my file system does not
support EA’s and don’t want the tab to be displayed.
Q: What is Windows XP/2K querying in my file system to think the “summary”
tab is required? Is there an IRP I’m missing?
Thanks.
