No one knows what tomorrow would be,
but I’ll do my best.
Some details might help: Is it usually fast? Is this a unique
condition? All the time? One time? What does “so slow” mean? Can you
describe what you’re seeing versus what you usually see?
We’re seeing average page load times from London of close to 1 second,
from Hong Kong of about 3.5 seconds, from Frankfurt of about 3 seconds,
and from various points in the US of between 0.75 and 1.35 seconds (this
is to connect and load about 73K bytes via http).
None of the T1s servicing OSR Online are particularly busy.
If you’re seeing sustained, bad, network performance from OSR Online,
we’d really like to know. Especially given that we had a *major*
topology and technology change last week…

OSR
I am in China Mainland, in these 2 months, It always took me quite a few
minutes to load the
default page of the web site with my IE.
But just while I am writing this mail,I test again, strange thing happens! It
