Hello all
A few days back i had posted about full disk encryption ( partition
table included ) . Now i have the whole AES encyption , PBA and
Extended MBR ready . Now i wish to write the secondry driver for
win2k/xp
Now i have the preboot thing ready which hooks various disk intterupts
and passes on the control to the orignal MBR ( everything is OTF ) .
Ive tested it with windows 98 and it works fine ( runs in
compatability mode ) .
But the target system is win2k/xp so I read on the list that i have to
write filter driver for disk.sys ( Is this right ) which will do the
encryption and decryption . Also i dont know what to do after this .
Please let me know what to do and how to go about such a system . All
help advice and guidance will be highly appreciated .
