Where are the minifilter samples?

Hello members,

I installed the IFS DDK 3790 (full install) but can not find the
minifilter samples. Am I missing something here? Do I have an old
version? If so what is the latest?

The minifilter samples are not in the Server 2003 RTM IFS Kit since the
filter manager was not in Server 2003 RTM. They are now in beta
versions of the Server 2003 SP1 IFS Kit or you can enroll in the filter
manager beta program and get that version of the IFS Kit which includes
the samples.

Here are the directions on how to sign up for filter manager beta
program (from Neal’s posting last month):

A new version of the IFSKit has been posted on betaplace. This contains
the latest version of the kit and an update to the filter manager. This
is a little newer then the kit that was given at the December PlugFest.

Go to: http://beta.microsoft.com

If you are not currently registered for the beta go to the above link
and give a Guest ID of: Filtermgr

The only prerequisite is that you have previously purchased an IFSKit
(any version).
