when PnP manager start?

Hi,

Is it possible to determine whether the PnP manager has started?
Or is there any API or IOCTRL code or files being loaded that can be use to
monitor when PnP manager is started in both Win2k and Win XP?

Thank You!

cheers,
vincent

It is always started  even the boot drivers init paths already work with
PnP manager.
