what's data type respond to the REG_BINARY?

i want to read information from registry table ,the information type is REG_BINARY. When i use the RtlQureyRegistryValues , what’ kind of data type should use to get it ?

It’s application specific binary data. It could be a 64-bit integer or it
could be executable firmware code to download into a device. An appropriate
generic type would be like an unsigned char array. A common convention to
display the generic data is a hex dump.

For certain registry entries, there is well know structure applied to the
binary bits. There unfortunately is no tag to specify what format the data
is in (a GUID would have been nice). Actually, at some time in the past, I
believe there was a “class” value associated with each value. It wasn’t
supported by Win9x, and see the registry API’s now just show a reserved
parameter. This class value was never really well defined, or correctly
used. It seems like the original creators of the registry thought you might
want metadata.
