What is the type name of hash table?

Hello,

The term of hash table is frequently used in this group. Is there a
predefined data type for hash table like LIST_ENTRY and related operator
macros? Also some people mentioned generic table and b-tree? Are they just
their own implementation or a open source library?

Thanks for explanation,

Shangwu

Get the IFS kit, you will see the generic table and additional structures
provided.

Generic table was usually a splay tree, but in XP and later there is also
an AVL tree version.
