go into what LinkInformation is for.
Could someone please describe its usage in a filesystem driver?
Are you familiar with UNIX? LinkInformation is used to create a hard link on NTFS. This was originally included in NT for POSIX subsystem support. As of W2K, Microsoft exposed this to WIN32 in the form of the CreateHardLink API.
