what is "full MAC drivers"?

I get this name in NDISTESTER Version 3.91, but cann’t search it in MSDN.
Who can give me the details about “full MAC drivers” please? Thank you
very much!

They are no longer relevant post-NDIS3 and Windows 95 (95
DDK\NET\NDIS3\MAC). If you’re building drivers for NICs, look at the
current NDIS miniport driver samples (E100BEX, etc).
