What is difference between Non-buffered I/O and No chaching?

I think, No cache & Non-buffered was same knowledge. But, more reading about FSD, those of two were different.

I can’t seperate between them.

No difference.

FILE_NO_INTERMEDIATE_BUFFERING just means “do not use cache”.
