We have PCI device. In W2K, hhen we starting our device with
IRP_MN_START_DEVICE we recieve RESOURCE structure, where we have 2
resources type I/O space with EQUAL base addresses and EQUAL lengths. Why
this make happen? Our device has one BAR.
