Warning message when hooked to debugger

Hi All

I am getting a unique warning message when I hook WinDbg to my XP machine.
I see messages like

Warning: rtlHd.sys overlaps with ntfs
Warning: avg7core overlaps with .sys… many similar messages.

Can anyone help me know what this means?

The overlap messages can be ignored.
