Visual Studio Enviroment and DDK

Dear all
I was using the Build.exe utility shipped with the DDK to build my =
driver using the makefile and sources file.

Laterly I have downloaded a driver source code that changed the project =
settings by adding new preprocessors, alter the entry point symbol and =
the base addresses.

I can’t understand these changes. I used them to build another drivers =
and they work great.
I need to know the meaning of this changes to satisfy and trust my =
building enviroment.

best regards

Hesham
