Hi,
I am trying to develop a SCSI Miniport driver for a Virtual CDROM device on Win9x and Windows NT. I want to create virtual drives and mount files onto them.
Can anybody please let me know whether there is a sample from which I can start building the driver and what are the things I have to take care in the driver. Will only a SCSI miniport be enough on both Win9x and Windows NT to create virtual CDROM drives.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Trying to reinvent the wheel, yeah? OK. Most of us who wrote virtual
storage SCSI miniport based started from ATAPI sample miniport from NT 4.0
DDK. And check www.daemon-tools.com in addition to the links in my
signature. That’s what you’re trying to write. It looks like it’s gonna be
a national hobby soon -))
