Where can I read about such drivers ?
What is essential to write it ?
Are there any free samples of it ?

You’re about 2 or 3 years late. The market is full and it will take you 2
weeks or so to write a prototype for such a driver and 2 years or so to
write something close to Daemon Tools or Paragon CD Emulator.
Write a SCSI miniport or monolithic SCSI port drivers (discussed here for
a while) and add the CD commands handling (some bus analyzer or good SCSI
filter driver attached to real CD/DVD will help you much). That’s all…
Good luck in creating 20th or 30th CD emulator!
Anton
Read CDRom.sys source from the DDK.
