VGA to NIC

I have this problem . I want to throw the gui data
from VGA card to the NIC card so that it can be
manipulated over the network. The Windows GUI layer
must be ignored. I could have just captured the screen
but thats not the right trick for me
Any ideas r appreciated.

Use DirectDraw for the VGA part, use one of the networks API - like
sockets - for network part.
