Thanks for all your replies… I have decided to develop a USER MODE virtual printer driver in C++… Base for the rest of many functionalities is available in C in WDK. Now i am going to extend it to support my driver…

That is an open source project that installs as a virtual printer driver
and produces PDF files. That might show you a bit of what you are up
against. This is not an easy project to undertake.
