Unload routine is not called in NDIS miniport driver

Hello All,
I am writing an NDIS miniport driver for PC Card and I am registering my
Unload handler via NdisMRegisterUnloadHandler() call.
But whenever I remove my PC Card the UnLoad routine is not called can
anybody tell me why???
