Unable to access my network driver with my user

I’m trying to create an instance of driver with a normal user without
Administrator privilege but everytime i get an error from the CreateFile.

Do you know how i can access my driver without Administrator privilege? My
user is actually in the users group.

What error do you get?
Do you create a symbolic link in DosDevices for your device?
