Training for Windows CE.

Guys,
One of my friend needs some training for developing NDIS drivers on
Windows CE. He has NT driver development expericence, but has no idea on Win
CE/Pocket PC. Any good seminars/trainings which does hands on
debugging/development for Windows CE. I mean like OSR for NT, is there any
one for Win CE?

I seem to recall that Paul Yao is now specializing in WinCE. He’s a
capable teacher and technical communicator, so I can recommend him on
general principles.
