TraceView and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Running my KMDF driver with WPP tracing, I get PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA bugcheck. This happens when I initialize or close log session in the TraceView. Driver itself without TraceView doesn’t cause any problems.
This happens event if driver is not installed, but I try to start TraceView with driver’s .ctl and .tmf files. Blue screen always shows that this happened in my driver.

Are you unregistering WPP in your EvtDriverUnload (or cleanup callback on WDFDRIVER)?

WPP_CLEANUP is called in driver’s EvtCleanupCallback, but now I see that there is problem in my code and EvtCleanupCallback is not called. Thank you.
