To enable pool tracking on NT 4.0

Hello All,

I just want to know is there any tool/utility available for NT 4.0 to
enable the pool track for the kernel drivers.
Driver verifier which comes with windows 2000 DDK does not work on NT
4.0.

Any pointers,

Thanks in advance,
Ravi

Any pointers,

Poolmon.exe from the NT 4 DDK works nicely, I believe it requires a
registry key to be set, can’t remember the exact details off the top of my
head.

Hope that helps…

Set the bit 0x400 in GlobalFlag and reboot. There are also utilities like
GFLAGS to do this.

Install your driver as a legacy driver on 2000 or XP and debug it there.
