what information one shud be looking in the kernel mode printer driver for
windows nt if the driver is supposed to handle text justification and
alignment (centre align, right align) …
can someone give some clue, i have checked the docs but was unable to find
any information on this.

Why would you want to handle text justification within your printer
driver? The application and thereby GDI will send the position of the
various text characters down to the driver which then has to ensure that
the cursor movements are performed correctly. So you don’t really
“handle” text justification. GDI informs you of the position of a
particular character and you render it at that position on the page.
