Is there any SDK sample code you guys are aware of illustrating the use of
the Iphlpapi.lib?
In essence I would like to add and advertise (via ARP)
another IP for one of my interfaces programmatically.
It seems the support is all there.

See the current Microsoft Platform SDK. The directory of interest is
Samples\NetDS\IPHelp.There are seven (7) sub directories under there that
each contain a different IP Helper sample.
