This might be an obscure question. Is it possibe, ever, for a filter driver
to receive a paging write irp where the file object refers to a system
pagefile, you know, such as c:\pagefile.sys, and
(PFSRTL_COMMON_FCB_HEADER)(FileObject->FsContext)->Flags has
FSRTL_FLAG_USER_MAPPED_FILE bit set?
