Hi,
Using HxD I read the first 512 bytes in a 1GB Disk On Key formatted FAT16.
According to wikipedia, the primary partition table starts from 0x1BE (446). Its size is 64 bytes.
But for some reason, in this offset I have error messages text like: “move disks or other media…Disk error…Press any key to restart”.
How come ?
Thanks.
some of the removable hdd’s will not contain mbr and it ll have only
dbr. I hope yours one of that. Try some free software like swissknife
create partition on the hdd’s.
