STATUS_REPARSE equivalent on NT4

Hi

What is the correct way to redirect a file to a different file in
IRP_MJ_CREATE? We do the reparse pont stuff on 2k+, but what is the
correct way to do it on NT4?

Same way. STATUS_REPARSE + IO_REPARSE.

On-disk reparse points are not supported in NT4 though.
