Source code for Viscarola & Mason Book

Hi,

I am told that the source code for this book is no longer available. Is
there any particular reason for this? It would be useful while reading some
of the chapters. Can you recommend some alternatives from the DDK?

Well I would still like to get a copy of the code so I can understand those
chapters better. How does one go about getting a copy of the code now?
