Hi,
I am told that the source code for this book is no longer available. Is
there any particular reason for this? It would be useful while reading some
of the chapters. Can you recommend some alternatives from the DDK?

It’s available, but it’s not online anymore. The reason? It’s NT V4
source code.

So Peter, is 2005 the year for a new book, maybe WDF? You know something to
keep you and Tony occupied in your copious free time.

You never know.
You’ll just have to wait until around the WinHEC/DDC timeframe to find
out

Well I would still like to get a copy of the code so I can understand those
chapters better. How does one go about getting a copy of the code now?
