Some Puzzle of force filesystem from disk

Frist, Filesystem is mount(or load), then I modify sectors which files own or some sectors which is occupy by the filesystem metadata.
So, how can I force Filesystem to read new metadata from disk.

First, this is the wrong newsgroup for file systems questions. Second,
either you or someone else has been asking this question in one of the
developer newsgroups for several days. Third, since you work for Symantec,
why not use your internal resources instead of searching for an answer in a
newsgroup? Symantec has several groups that work in this area, but I will
not name them. I know that someone in one of the groups does read the
filesystem newsgroup.

Only by remount. And, for SystemRoot, only by reboot.
