Solved: Win98 Boot time Kernel floating point issue...

The floating point support (VMCPD.VXD) was not fully initialized. Since
the CPU was configured in such a manner as to throw an exception that is
normally handled by VMCPD.VXD, the system just goes down the barf
path. The optimal/cleanest solution is not fully hashed out yet, but at
least I know why… that is the hard part.
