[SignatureAttributes.PETrust] in INF file for a USB driver

Does anyone have an idea about the following section in an INF file?

[SignatureAttributes.PETrust]
PETrust=true

  1. What is it’s significance?
  2. Is this section of any relevance to a USB driver? The reason I bring this up is because I have seen this section being present only in Display drivers and to some extent in Audio drivers.

Thanks in advance,

Mukund.

That probably indicates a protected environment driver (ie one that is loaded in a protected process to render DRM content). You don’t need to worry about it
