Is there a beta version of SDV that will verify KMDF drivers?
If not, are there plans to develop one (and when might it be available)?

SDV support for KMDF is planned for the LHS WDK. As for a beta program, I would guess it would be the LHS WDK beta bits through the std Microsoft beta program, same as it was for the Vista WDK beta.
