Not seamlessly, but there are chipsets from PLX Technologies that bridge CPI
to ISA, sort of. You may have to modify drivers to look at different
addresses, etc. We used a board derived from this chip (PLX 9050) to use
PC-104 (Industrial ISA) boards in a Compact PCI chassis. YMMV
