The only way you are not going to get popups is to sign the driver at WHQL.

by changing some entries in the registry we can block this “add new hardware wizard”.
but i do not know what r the entries which will help to block this popup message, if any one know please letme know,

Like Don said, sign your driver. If it was as simple as changing a registry value, everyone would do that and not get something signed…

You are asking us how to hack the system and give you hints such that
anyone could then install MALWARE on any computer bottom line is you are
not likely to get help for your quest. The actions you describe are the

Blocking the popup message is an attack on the security of the whole
system. Get your driver signed, and in the case of a USB device be sure
that it has a valid serial number, anything else is hacking.

Shiva,

Don’s pretty much said it all, but the reason and reality is that the system
has a responsibility to the end user to notify them of inherently unsafe
acts. Loading an unsigned piece of code that completely bypasses all
security (this describes most drivers) is such an act. In this case the OS
has been hard coded to make you look at this every time. The end user can
decide to go forward with the unsafe act, based on their knowledge or
desire, but it can not happen silently. All of the possible methods that
might allow this would be major breaches in the base security of the OS.

FWIW, signing is not terribly expensive for an organization and can be an
important part of your QA process. If you need something anonymous, cheap,
insecure, and invisible we are generally correct to suspect that you might
be writing malware. Think it through, if it’s just for testing the popup is
annoying but not preventing your test. If you plan on deploying it, then
getting it signed is a minor expense. Lots of software deploys with a
signing notification. Not terribly professional, but users will live with it
under some circumstances.

The registry key you are looking for does not exist.
