Regarding RAID Drivers

hi all,
I am getting started with a new project on RAID drivers for windows NT/2000 shortly.
I have never work on RAID software/Hardware.Please let me know where could i get information
Regarding basics of RAID hardware and software and Drivers for RAID on Windows 2000/NT.

Any pointers to any information about RAID are highly appriciated.
