regarding NDIS Basics

Hi All,
I am New to NDIS,so could anyone can explain me how the implementation of
NDIS Intermediate Driver has to be carried out & i just need the way how
the Intermediate gets installed like to which it gets registered first
either to the Protocol or Miniport Driver?also please as a request can
explain me how the order of excution will be carried like which routine
will be called after DriverEntry & soooon.

Plese as a request guide me.
Any Advise always welcome.
