FileSpy RelatedFileObject Problem

Right before shipping this kit, one problem with the FileSpy sample
was identified.

The file object structure has a field which is a pointer to another
file object – RelatedFileObject. This field is used for “relative
opens” where a file is being opened relative to some other handle.

This is believed to be a better solution at the time of writing, but
not in time to include updated source in this release of the IFS Kit.
However, please check on the IFS Kit web site for an update and errata
to the IFS Kit.
