Is there any doc where we can look for what kind of OID supported for what
version of NDIS. I remember that NdisRequest() to get if a LAN is indeed
wireless(802.11b) is not supported prior to Ndis 5.x. Even if it is
supported a NIC may not support on its characteristics…

Ajay,
I pinged the Bluetooth and NDIS dev groups on this just to double check.
There is no way at present to determine that the NIC is Bluetooth.
There may be a special OID_GEN_PHYSICAL_MEDIUM added at a later time;
however, there will already be a number of Bluetooth miniports that will
already be out that won’t use the new value.

Most of the bluetooth drivers appear as 802.3 in all respects and
querying
the media type or medium does not help.
Thanks,
Ajay
