When a non-maskable interrupt (NMI) occurs in your host operating system,
you may see an error message that includes bugNr=2293 and, in some rare
cases, the host machine may reset.
VMware is aware of the following applications and host operation system
features that enable NMI on the host and workarounds for the problem:
* The SoftICE debugger when running on symmetric multiprocessing (SMP)
machines under Windows.
Workaround: Do not run SoftICE at the same time you are using VMware
products on SMP machines.
