I have some great advice for you; get the ifs kit and start from the sample filter drivers there instead of filemon.

I write file filter driver with the prototype of filemon. when i attach the filter device to the file system device, the system can hibernate anymore while filemon has no such problem. I compare the sources, little is different.

To use Filemon you have to pay a license fee to sysinternals. They will be
happy to help you fix your problem.
