> Cool feature What kind of pseudo device you mean?
When SCSIPORT delivers an SRB to the HwStartIo routine of your miniport,
to execute a REPORT LUNS or INQUIRY, for some particular target that you
pick (but doesnât actually exist), you mock up a response as if there
were a target & LUN there. SCSIPORT will believe there is a device there,
make a queue for SRBs to the device, and in Win2000, make a LUN PDO and
report it as a child of your HBAâs port FDO. Well, thatâs the theory.
Iâm not sure the bug still exists in Windows 2000âŚ
I always have a drive âattachedâ to the scsi miniport, but itâs
visible in the device manager
It is visible, or it isnât? Shouldnât it be?
