Yes, indeed, that would cause the problem (I could see that it was on the
stack of a worker thread, which was curious.) It is unfortunate when sample
code (in particular) has an error within it, because it does tend to be
copied to new implementations, which is MOST unfortunate.
I am glad you were able to find the problem.
Interesting. Your comment suggests that perhaps it is time to write an NT
Insider article about ERESOURCEs.
