The IFS Kit contains a function to do this (ObQueryNameString) but it does not appear to be in the DDK. Thus, this would suggest that whatever you are trying to achieve is not supported in the DDK environment.
Why do you need the device name?

Yes,DriverName can be retraived by DRIVER_OBJECT.DriverName.
But where can I find the device name?
Look at the name in the DRIVER_OBJECT.
