KeAcquireSpinLockRaiseToSynch(ā¦) is prototyped in ntddk.h and wdm.h, is
not documented, and certainly seems to be exported to me.
At least, I can build and load a driver that uses it, and I see it exported
from hal.dllā¦ but, of course, I could be wrong
