Even I am having the same problem. I had gone through the previous
postings on the newsgroup and came to know that the problem is that since
the service invokes file opening code from a system context, the remote
system does not allow file access(since one system has no file access rights
to other system, but the users can have those rights).
I had got many suggestions but I could not solve the problem, but I will
list it to u so that may be u could be able to solve the problem.
1> Use Thread Impersonation. This will give ur executing thread the rights
from another user context thread(according to the process we use) and thus
solve the problem
2> Setup the security context of the object attributes
3> setup the security options in parameters.create
4> create a seperate login for the process.
I hope this helps u, but if u really get across ur prolems then pls post
back the code u have used to solve the problem. Maybe even I can get some
hint from the code and adapt it to my problem
