I find counter-mode cipher has its weakness:
If someone get the cipher file and the plain file.He will easily get the
“cipher counter data” sequence ,so he can decrypt all other cipher files by
xor with “cipher counter data” sequence without knowing the key!

I know is that the counter mode cipher is not block aligned.If you need a counter mode implementation, look
for a free implementation on the net
